International accredited artist, Susie Morris, moved from England to Vancouver in 1996.
Susie achieved a Diploma in Art and Design with completion of her studies at the prestigious Central Saint Martin’s School Of Art in London. She then became involved in the world of fashion illustration for international magazines, newspapers and many books.
Throughout her career as a fine artist, the human form has been her most enduring and fascinating subject of artistic expression. The body language of her models plays an important part in her figurative paintings.
Susie participates in annual shows in Vancouver for the Federation of Canadian Artists and, also, group shows in London, UK, Spain, and the U.S.A. She has won numerous awards for her work.
Susie is represented by the Leighdon Studio Gallery. She is a signature member of the Pastel Society of Canada, an active member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and she is, also, a featured artist in ‘Artists of British Columbia’.
She currently paints in oil, acrylic, pastels, and conte of Paris.
Susie’s paintings can be purchased directly or via exhibitions, and she accepts private commissions for portraiture & figurative work.
Many of her paintings hang in public and private collections in Europe, U.S.A, Canada and Australia.
